Ian D. Lawrence-CEO

The first two words of most children are Daddy and Mummy (and occasionally, oh, oh!).  We are reliably informed that Ian’s first words were Why? and How?

Ian’s specific function within our organization is that of the Chief Puzzle Master.  He takes ideas and concepts and turns them into practical and elegant systems and procedural solutions.

Give Ian a huge reference book of rules and regulations and he will find ways to make those arcane works to your advantage, not disadvantage.

When it appears their is not a whisper of solution one will often hear 'let me sleep on it'.  In most cases Ian will have commenced establishing the framework of the solution at 3 am. This will be drawn on the white board in the 'think tank' by 7 a.m. for some 'fleshing ou't' with team involvement.

Ian's dynamic past life experiences and engineering background afford him the balance of both visionary and architect.
